KITCHENER, Ont. – The Sarnia Sting snapped a four-game losing streak to beat the Kitchener Rangers 4-3 in a shootout.
The Sting (16-18-3-1) had two players score in the shootout to record the win.
The loss ends the Rangers’ (18-19-2-1) two-game win streak.

OWEN SOUND, Ont. – The Barrie Colts used a dominant second period to lift themselves to a 5-2 win over the Owen Sound Attack.
Beau Jelsma scored twice and finished plus-two on the night for the Colts (20-15-4-0), who won their first game in six attempts.
Deni Goure and Ethan Borroughs had the consolation goals for the Attack (19-19-2-2).
