Alterra sells stake in Dokie 1 wind farm to Fiera Axium Western Energy
VANCOUVER – Alterra Power Corp. (TSX:AXY) said Monday that it has sold half of its 51 per cent stake in the Dokie 1 wind farm to Fiera Axium Western Energy for roughly $28.6 million. The company may also receive up to an additional $2.25 million over the next three years depending on performance.
