What’s new on Netflix Canada, CraveTV in November

Netflix’s royals drama “The Crown,” which reportedly cost nearly $165 million to make, launches on Nov. 4 with huge expectations. It’s believed to be the most expensive original series Netflix has ever invested in and tells the story of a young Queen Elizabeth II, beginning with her wedding day in 1947. Should Netflix get the global audience it’s hoping for, the series could reportedly span six seasons.

Netflix is also reviving the beloved series “Gilmore Girls” this month with four 90-minute episodes, each titled after one the seasons, starting with “Winter.” “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life” premieres on Nov. 25.

CraveTV will soon be streaming the third season of the critically acclaimed Showtime series “The Affair.” The first two seasons of the Golden Globe best TV drama winner are available to watch now, while the first episode of the third season will be added on Nov. 20. New episodes will be added every Sunday, on the same day they air in the U.S.
