Cinderella to stand trial in Kamloops tomorrow

KAMLOOPS – Law Day will be taking place in Kamloops tomorrow.

Several family-friendly activities including a mock trial for Cinderella will be happening at the Kamloops Law Courts tomorrow, April 17, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

According to the Canadian Bar Association, a treasure hunt for children, a tour of the sheriff's cells, a courthouse library tour and police dog demonstrations will take place.

There will be an ask a judge forum for children, and an information room on First Nations court, cultural competency programs for legal professionals and elder story telling.
