Documentary screening tonight in Kamloops on Kinder Morgan pipeline

KAMLOOPS – If you're interested in the Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain pipeline conversation, head down to Thompson Rivers University tonight for a documentary screening on the controversial pipeline project.

The filmmakers behind the documentary Directly Affected: Pipeline Under Pressure will be in town this evening, May 30, to screen and promote their film about the pipeline, the environment and Canada's economy, according to the documentary's official website.

The screening will take place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the International Building in room 1015. Tickets are $10.

After the screening, which is sponsored by the Kamloops Chapter of the Council of Canadians, filmmakers Zack Embree and Devyn Brugge will be available for a question and answer period.
