TRENDING NOW: Lava meets the ocean in Hawaii
Check out this incredible video of lava from the Kilauea volcano hitting the ocean at Kapoho Bay in Hawaii.
The two clips are courtesy of the US Geological Survey and were taken from a helicopter.
The lava poured into the ocean from one of the fissures for over seven hours and the flow was almost a kilometre wide.
