Million-dollar lottery ticket sold in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS – If you bought a Lotto Max ticket in Kamloops last week, you may want to check your numbers when you can.

A winning MaxMillions ticket was sold in the city and was drawn on Friday, July 6. That means one lucky person is walking away with $1 million, but the B.C. Lottery Corporation says the winner has yet to come forward.

A spokesperson with the lottery corporation says once the winner does come forward, they'll be able to release more information, like where the ticket was sold.

So if you haven't checked your ticket yet, it might be your lucky day.
