Ritchie Bros. sees Q4 earnings soar 53%; revenue 12% higher at US$131.2M
VANCOUVER – Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (TSX:RBA) has reported a 53 per cent increase in fourth-quarter net earnings. The world’s largest industrial auctioneer says net profits in the three months ended Dec. 31 were US$33.7 million or 31 cents per diluted share, up from US$22.1 million or 21 cents in the year-earlier period. Revenue grew 12 per cent to a record US$131.2 million from US$117.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2012.
