As Okanagan battles wildfires, snow falls on Sun Peaks

It's currently cloudy with some light showers in Kamloops and Vernon, and cloud cover is also present in West Kelowna and Penticton.

There is a chance of showers and lightning in the Kamloops region today, before temperatures heat up next week. It's currently 13 C in the city with a high temperature forecast of 20 C.

It's slightly warmer in Kelowna this morning at 18 C and a high of 21 C forecast, with a chance of showers and thunder storms. It's a similar story in Vernon, which is currently at 17 C with a high of 21 C forecast. There's also a chance of showers and thunder in the area.
