Brent Road residents are going home but still on evacuation alert

KELOWNA – Brent Road residents are going home for the first time in three days. 

The Central Okanagan Emergency Operations Centre is allowing residents of the 38 properties to return home where they remain on evacuation alert until the Good Creek wildfire in Okanagan Mountain Park no longer poses a threat.

However, officials have also added more properties to the evacuation alert. 

7100 – 7210 Brent Road
7212 – 7280 Highway 97 South
Finlay Creek Cabins

Residents should be prepared to leave on a moment's notice.
