Stuff stolen? Kamloops RCMP might have it back
KAMLOOPS – Has a quad gone missing from your property? How about a kayak?
Police have made an arrest and they have taken custody of more than $40,000 worth of stolen goods earlier this week — all from a Kamloops motel room. On July 24, they actually found eight kayaks, a $7,000 mountain bike, construction tools and more. They also found drugs in the room.
A release by RCMP Staff Sgt. Ed Preto says two people were arrested but only a 41-year-old man is facing numerous charges.
