VIDEO: Watch this Kamloops special effects makeup artist turn her arm into a flesh-eating wound

KAMLOOPS – For some people, being scared and grossed out isn't their idea for fun, but for Kamloops resident Michelle Braun, it's one of her favourite hobbies.

Braun is a self-taught SFX makeup artist. She uses makeup to give the illusion of bloody wounds and when Halloween comes around, she likes to turn herself into a zombie. But even throughout the rest of the year, she still likes to creep people out with her makeup skills.

Braun was born and raised in Kamloops. She lives on the North Shore with her husband and ten-year-old daughter. When she's not watching scary movies or visiting haunted houses, she's on the farm with her animals or riding horses.
