Newfoundland nurse joins ‘Big Brother Canada,’ Nova Scotia trainer voted out

TORONTO – One house guest is out and a new one is in on “Big Brother Canada.”

Nova Scotia’s Kyle Shore was evicted in a 9-1 vote just as Newfoundland-native Allison White found herself entering the camera-rigged house.

White had been chosen as the final house guest after living with two other contenders in a secret room adjacent to the house.

Fans voted online to send White, a psychiatric nurse, into the game over B.C. metal worker Nate Sandri and Nova Scotia gay rights activist Scott Bosse.

Following the latest eviction, a “fact or rumour” competition crowned hair stylist Ika Wong “head of household.”

“Big Brother Canada” airs Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays on Slice. The “Big Brother Canada Side Show” airs Thursdays, while “Big Brother Canada After Dark” airs daily from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET/11 p.m. to 2 a.m. PT.

House guests are competing for a grand prize of $100,000, a $25,000 gift card from The Brick, and a $10,000 trip courtesy of Twistos.
