SURREY, B.C. – Surrey RCMP are investigating what they’re calling the targeted shooting of a 30-year-old man.

Police say neighbours heard a loud argument followed by several shots on Sunday morning.

The victim, who is known to police, was rushed to hospital and is in stable condition.

Police say witnesses saw a brown van and a black pickup truck leaving the scene after the shooting.

One of the vehicles is believed to have a broken window.
