YOUR PHOTOS: Pictures of the smoky sky today in the Interior
The smoke from this years' wildfires is so thick in the interior it can be seen from space.
The clouds of smoke over North America during the past few weeks have been epic. On August 15, 2018, smoke was even visible to DSCOVR, a satellite about 1 million miles away. https://t.co/JbooAosaT2 #NASA #EPIC #AirQuality #wildfires pic.twitter.com/IcwqdWWIh6

But here on Earth, some social media users have been posting their photos to show just how poor visibility is.
7AM smoke vs 12PM smoke. Not seeing improvement here. Maybe deterioration even. More of an orange hue now. #Kamloops #BCwildfires #BCSmoke pic.twitter.com/p9ei7lmaBI

Yesterday, Kamloops Airport tweeted that visibility was at 2 k.m. Here's a tweet from Prairie Storm Chasers on a flight from Edmonton to Vancouver. A pyrocumulous is a cloud formed as a result of a fire or volcano. It is also called a flammagenitus.
