LAWRENCE, Kan. – Canadian Andrew Wiggins has announced that he plans to enter the 2014 NBA Draft.

Wiggins, from Vaughan, Ont., was a star freshman with the Kansas Jayhawks this past season.

He’s expected to be one of the top picks in the draft.
