Paul Tracy to be NBCSN analyst for 6 IndyCar races

INDIANAPOLIS – Outspoken IndyCar veteran Paul Tracy will join NBC Sports Group as an analyst for six races this season.

Tracy’s first assignment with the network will the April 13 race at Long Beach, where Tracy is a four-time winner.

NBC Sports Group has the rights to 13 IndyCar races this season, including the doubleheaders in Houston and Toronto and the season finale in California.

Leigh Diffey will be lead announcer, and will be joined by IndyCar driver Townsend Bell at all events. Wally Dallenbach Jr. will be analyst for select races. Analysts David Hobbs and Steve Matchett, and announcers Bob Varsha and Brian Till, will also work select races.

Kelli Stavast has joined the network as a pit reporter, joining Marty Snider, Jon Beekhuis and Kevin Lee.
