
Raptors beat Nets 100-95 to even first-round series at 1-1
TORONTO – DeMar DeRozan scored 30 points, including 16 in the fourth quarter, as the Toronto Raptors beat the visiting Brooklyn Nets 100-95 on Tuesday to even their best-of-seven first round playoff series at a game apiece.
DeRozan went 12-of-14 from the free throw line, including six in a row in the final minute to clinch the victory.
Jonas Valanciunas added 15 points and 14 rebounds for the Raptors.
Joe Johnson led the Nets with 16 points while Deron Williams had 15 points.
Brooklyn will host Game 3 on Friday.
