Ontario town picked as OWN Canada’s next ‘Million Dollar Neighbourhood’
TORONTO – A southern Ontario town has been picked as the next “Million Dollar Neighbourhood.”
OWN Canada says the second season of its televised financial bootcamp will take place in Bowmanville, Ont.
The series follows 100 families in one community as they try to raise their collective net worth by $1 million in only 10 weeks.
The debut season was set in Aldergrove, B.C., which OWN Canada says reached its million-dollar goal.
Financial expert Preet Banerjee will host the 10-part series, along with returning co-host Dr. Joti Samra.
Production on Season 2 begins next month with the new episodes set to debut January 2013.
