Looking for forever home; Vernon SPCA pet of the week

VERNON – This cat is one of the Vernon SPCA's senior cats.

Whiskers is a fun-loving, friendly feline who is looking for a new home to call her own, a media release says.

Whiskers has previously lived peacefully with other cats and dogs but would prefer only smaller dogs as new family members.

As much as she enjoys watching the great outdoors she's an indoor only cat.

Whiskers loves to climb and play on a scratching posts so the shelter says having one in her new home is a must for her.

For more information about Whiskers contact the staff at the Vernon SPCA. Her animal ID number is 473787.

Visit the shelter's webpage for more information such as location, adoption fees and hours of operation.
