U Sports Roundup: Adam Sinagra leads Dinos over Rams 46-26
CALGARY – Adam Sinagra threw three touchdown passes — including two to Karl Hunter — as the Calgary Dinos downed the Regina Rams 46-26 on Saturday in U Sports football action.
Sinagra completed 26-of-33 passes for 351 yards, with seven different receivers catching a pass.
Hunter led all receivers with six catches for 131 yards while Michael Klukas had six catches for 100 yards for the Dinos (2-0).
Running back Jeshrun Antwi helped out his quarterback by rushing the ball for 114 yards on 18 carries.
Noah Picton was 25-of-37 for 300 yards and three touchdowns for the Rams (1-1), who took 13 penalties totalling 100 yards.
Calgary led 22-17 at half before outscoring Regina 24-9 in the final two quarters.

SASKATOON — Kyle Siemens threw five touchdown passes as the Huskies (2-0) downed Alberta (0-2) at Griffiths Stadium. Ed Ilnicki rushed for 199 yards on 26 carries for the Golden Bears.
