Three people, rail company face charges in Lac-Megantic railway disaster

MONTREAL – The Crown prosecutor’s office in Quebec has announced that three men as well as Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway Ltd. will be charged on Tuesday with criminal negligence stemming from a train derailment in Lac-Megantic, Que., last summer that killed 47 people.
