North Okanagan funeral home used for film shoot

VERNON – A film crew shot footage at a Vernon funeral home earlier this week for an upcoming movie.

A team of production companies shot several scenes for the film Endless — which is slated for a 2019 release — at the Pleasant Valley Funeral Home on Wednesday, Nov. 28, according to Summerstorm Entertainment media release.

The film is about a young couple navigating the grieving process when one of them is stuck in limbo after a fatal accident. The cast includes Famke Janssen (Jean Grey in the X-Men movies), Alexandra Shipp, and Nicholas Hamilton, the production company said. Scott Speer is the director.

Further scenes will be filmed throughout B.C.
