Magnitude-6.2 earthquake hits off Mexico’s Pacific coast; no immediate reports of damage

MEXICO CITY – A magnitude-6.2 earthquake has struck off of Mexico’s Pacific coast, though there are no reports of damage or injury.

The U.S. Geological Survey says the pre-dawn quake was centred 188 miles (303 kilometres) southwest of Puerto Vallarta.
