Environment Canada predicts snow tonight in the Okanagan Valley

OKANAGAN VALLEY – It looks like we're getting some snow tonight in the Okanagan Valley

Environment Canada reports a 40 per cent chance of flurries this afternoon in Vernon and Penticton. Kelowna is also expected to see a few flurries this afternoon. Accumulations could be from two to four centimetres of snow throughout the Valley.

Winds for Kelowna and Vernon are up to 15 km/h, and 30 km/h in Penticton.

The North and Central Okanagan could get a low of -4 C with the wind chill bringing it down to -6 C. In the South the temperature is expected to be steady at -1 C with a wind chill near -7 C.
