Max Hall continues to develop in 2nd year as Blue Bomber quarterback

WINNIPEG – He knows he isn’t competing for a starter’s job, but quarterback Max Hall is continuing to grow in poise and CFL knowledge in his second year as a Winnipeg Blue Bomber.

Coach Mike O’Shea says he isn’t ready yet to say who will back up Drew Willy, but he has seen what Hall can deliver and it appears he has improved a lot.

Hall ended up closing out a sad-sack season for the Bombers in 2013.

He was the last in a rotating series of quarterbacks, the one that ended up showing the most consistency and saw the most action.

But Hall was a CFL rookie and says there is a huge difference between this training camp and his first in 2013.
