Great Saskatchewan Bacon Festival sells 19 dishes for youth centre
KIPLING, Sask. – It’s a yummy way to raise money for a youth centre in a small Saskatchewan town.
The Great Saskatchewan Bacon Festival is happening Saturday in Kipling, southeast of Regina.
There will be 19 food stations each with a different bacon dish.
Scott Kearns is one of the organizers and says all the proceeds will go towards renovating the exterior of the town’s youth centre.
