TORONTO – Montreal Canadiens star defenceman P.K. Subban, jazz-pop singer Nikki Yanofsky and “Mad Men” star Kiernan Shipka are the latest presenters who have been announced for the Much Music Video Awards.
Juno Award-winning singer Serena Ryder, Laura Vandervoort of “Bitten” and Hamilton rock outfit the Arkells were also announced as presenters for this Sunday’s awards bash.
Reality TV starlets Kendall and Kylie Jenner will host the streetside show, set to be held again outside CTV headquarters in downtown Toronto.
Scheduled performers include Lorde, Ariana Grande and Ed Sheeran.
Drake and Hedley lead the nominations with six apiece, while Vancouver’s SonReal, Montreal’s Arcade Fire and Toronto’s the Weeknd also merited multiple nods.
For the first time, the annual MMVAs will be simulcast on CTV and Much.
