Air Canada (TSX:AC.B). Airline. Down 66 cents, or seven per cent, to $8.77 on 7.1 million shares.
Carpathian Gold Inc. (TSX:CPN). Miner. Up 0.5 cents, or 16.67 per cent, to 3.5 cents on 5.9 million shares.
Augusta Resource Corp. (TSX:AZC). Miner. Up 24 cents, or 7.50 per cent, to $3.44 on 5.4 million shares.
BlackBerry Ltd. (TSX:BB). Communication equipment. Up 34 cents, or 3.24 per cent, to $10.85 on 4.8 million shares.
Kerr Mines Inc. (TSX:KER). Miner. Up 0.5 cents, or 16.67 per cent, to 3.5 cents on 3.8 million shares.
Twin Butte Energy Ltd. (TSX:TBE). Oil and gas. Down 0.5 cents, or 2.65 per cent, to $1.84 on 3.7 million shares.
Toronto Venture Exchange (1,023.98, down 2.39 points):
theScore, Inc. (TSXV:SCR). Application software. Up two cents, or 5.71 per cent, to 37 cents on 6.4 million shares.
Madalena Energy Inc. (TSXV:MVN). Oil and gas. Down one cent, or 1.96 per cent, to 50 cents on 2.6 million shares.

HudBay Minerals Inc. (TSX:HBM). Miner. Down 24 cents, or 2.33 per cent, to $10.05 on 4.9 million shares. The company is buying Augusta Resource Corp. (TSX:AZC) in a friendly takeover deal worth $555 million. Augusta stock was up 24 cents, or 7.5 per cent, at $3.44 on 5.5 million shares.
SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. (TSX:SNC). Engineering. Up 91 cents, or 1.74 per cent, to $53.31 on 1 million shares. The company is acquiring U.K.-based Kentz Corp. Ltd., a global engineering firm that provides services to the oil and gas sector, in a deal worth C$2.1 billion.
