ECN Capital Corp. (TSX:ECN). Financial Services. Down nine cents, or 2.91 per cent, to $3 on 10.2-million shares.

Fortis Inc. (TSX:FTS). Utilities. Down 38 cents, or 0.92 per cent, to $40.96 on 6.9-million shares.

Yamana Gold Inc. (TSX:YRI). Miner. Up two cents, or 0.40 per cent, to $4.97 on 6.6-million shares.

B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Up 18 cents, or 5.79 per cent, to $3.29 on 5.9-million shares.

Baytex Energy Corp. (TSX:BTE). Oil and gas. Up seven cents, or 1.26 per cent, to $5.64 on 5.6-million shares.

Teck Resources Ltd. (TSX:TCK.B). Miner. Down 82 cents, or 3.31 per cent, to $23.92 on 5.2-million shares.

Premium Brands Holdings Corp. (TSX:PBH). Consumer packaged goods. Up $3.19, or 5.22 per cent, to $64.33 on 173,423 shares. Belmont Meats Products Ltd. has been purchased for $50 million by Premium Brands Holdings Corp. Belmont is a privately owned Toronto-based company that provides beef burger patties and other products to restaurants and retailers including supermarkets, warehouse stores and specialty frozen-food outlets.

TransCanada Corp. (TSX:TRP). Oil and gas. Down four cents, or 0.07 per cent, to $61.10 on 1.2-million shares. TransCanada is offering lower-priced long-term contracts for Alberta natural gas shippers that want to use the Canadian Mainline system that stretches across the Prairies and winds through Ontario to a hub near Sarnia, Ont. The Calgary-based company says its proposal for a new round of binding commitments doesn’t affect current contracts that are already in place for the system.
