VANCOUVER – Telecom Telus (TSX:T) says it is 32.59 per cent foreign-owned and under the federal limit of 33.3 per cent as of June 29. Telus says the release of its foreign ownership percentage is a response to new wireless player Globaliave, which had accused it of being 48 per cent foreign owned and had asked the CRTC to look into the matter.
