KAMLOOPS – Kamloops RCMP say a missing 12-year-old girl has been found and reunited with her foster family.
Shyla Billy ran away around 4:30 p.m. Friday.
"At this time, the Kamloops RCMP are not requesting any further information or assistance from the public but wish to thank the public and our media agencies for their interest and attention to this matter," Sgt. Michael Buxton-Carr says in a media release.
Billy has a history of running away. Because of the time of day and the weather conditions, RCMP were concerned for her safety.
