B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Down three cents, or 0.79 per cent, to $3.78 on 6.4-million shares.

Yamana Gold Inc. (TSX:YRI). Miner. Down three cents, or 0.48 per cent, to $6.25 on six-million shares.

Eldorado Gold Corp. (TSX:ELD). Miner. Up eight cents, or 1.69 per cent, to $4.82 on 5.8-million shares.

Kinross Gold Corp. (TSX:K). Miner. Down four cents, or 0.68 per cent, to $5.85 on 5.4-million shares.

Teck Resources Ltd. (TSX:TCK.B). Miner. Down 93 cents, or 4.04 per cent, to $22.07 on 5.1-million shares.

Encana Corp. (TSX:ECA). Oil and gas. Up 37 cents, or 2.90 per cent, to $13.15 on five-million shares.

Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (TSX:ATD.B). Convenience stores. Down $1.59, or 2.34 per cent, to $66.35 on 1.1-million shares. Alimentation Couche-Tard has agreed to sell two gasoline stations in Ontario and Quebec to resolve Competition Bureau concerns about the convenience store chain’s purchase of nearly 300 Esso locations from Imperial Oil for about $1.7 billion. The federal agency says the Quebec-based retailer will sell a Mac’s-branded retail gas station in Carleton Place, Ont., and the Esso-branded station in St-Bruno-de-Montarville, Que.

Sears Canada (TSX:SCC). Department stores. Down 10 cents, or 3.02 per cent, to $3.21 on 141,202 shares. Sears Canada reported a $91.6-million loss in its second quarter on Wednesday, a turnaround from the profit it recorded in the same period a year earlier as it racked up severance and other costs associated with efforts to revitalize its business.
