Montana’s restaurant to close this month in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — Montana's family restaurant in Kamloops will shut their doors to the public later this month.

A supervisor with the chain restaurant located near Walmart says they will close their doors for good on May 26. Lee McKinnon who works as a front of house supervisor with Montana's says the restaurant has been in the Tournament Capital for nearly 15 years.

Mckinnon says the restaurant employs roughly 30 to 35 people.

The restaurant's parent company, Recipe Unlimited, also owns Milestones located on Hillside Drive. There have been reports this location is also closing down.

An employee with Milestones was not able to confirm the restaurant would also be ceasing operations later this month.
