Two men reported missing Tuesday night when they didn't return from a 4×4 adventure were picked up by a Search and Rescue helicopter this morning.
The two men aged 21 and 24 called a family member when their truck became stuck and attempts to find their way out on foot failed. The family member tried to find the two but decided to call police when he realized their cell phone was dead. RCMP say they became lost after following the wrong road.
A Search and Rescue helicopter was dispatched at first light and the men were located three hours later near a gravel pit.
The two were evaluated at hospital and suffered no serious injuries.
