Celebrate winter in West Kelowna
Join us for free family fun at the annual Christmas Light Up and Winterfest this weekend in West Kelowna.
Christmas Light Up
Kick off the holidays with us at the Mt. Boucherie Community Centre Courtyard on Saturday, November 30 beginning at 5 p.m. We will officially launch the holiday season in West Kelowna by counting down together to the light up of our holiday decorations. Stick around for some free hot chocolate and cookies just before the doors open for the West Kelowna Warriors game.
Winterfest
From 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 1, the Mt. Boucherie Community Centre is the place to be for free family fun. Enjoy a pancake breakfast, a hot dog lunch, crafts and cookie stations for the kids. There is also free public skating beginning at 9:30 a.m. For a full schedule of events, visit www.districtofwestkelowna.ca. Admission is free but please bring a non-perishable donation for the food bank.
