iN PHOTOS: This Okanagan luxury home could be yours at auction but it will cost you

LAKE COUNTRY – A nine-bedroom, 10 bathroom, waterfront home in Lake Country is going on the auction block July 18 but it could fetch more than $7 million.

The 8,457 square foot home, which is called Solaris, is located at 15510 Whiskey Cove Road in Lake Country and includes 1.1 acres on Okanagan Lake with a private dock with two boat lifts and two jet ski lifts.

According to B.C. Assessment, it was built in 2000 and was valued as of July 2018 at more than $5.8 million, with the land accounting for about $2 million. It was recently listed for sale for $7.9 million. 

“We built Solaris as a retreat for entertaining our friends and raising our children,” current homeowner Trista Zinger said in promotional material. “It’s the perfect place to create lasting memories.”
