iN VIDEO: Transport truck nearly hits small car near Cache Creek

CACHE CREEK — This was a close call.

A driver's dashcam footage managed to capture a nearly deadly collision between a transport truck and a white Toyota Corolla. 

The video shows two vehicles waiting to turn left onto Highway 99 from Highway 97, outside of Kamloops. The driver of the vehicle with the dashcam camera is heard honking his horn and rushing a grey SUV that is turning left.

While the SUV makes the turn, the white car decides to turn as well, just missing a transport truck coming from the oncoming lane.

The video was uploaded to YouTube on June 4 by the account Rodney T.

It's been viewed more than 1,000 times.
