WILD WEDNESDAY: Trail camera captures doe and fawn enjoying nature

If you watched last week's Wild Wednesday video you might have noticed a mule deer and its young cutting through a meadow.

But the trail camera was positioned just a little too high to capture the fawn.

WildSafeBC repositioned the camera and hoped the duo would return for a visit, according to their post on Facebook.

Luckily, the two came back for another stroll.

Watch as the doe listens carefully to her surroundings to protect her young from potential danger, WildSafeBC says. The fawn is still nursing and is just beginning to feed on solid foods.
