Diacom Transportation acquiring U.S. logistics company to support expansion

MONTREAL – Dicom Transportation Group of Montreal is expanding into the United States through the acquisition of Time Logistics Couriers LLC of Norcross, Ga.
Financial terms weren’t disclosed in Tuesday’s announcement.
Time Logistics provides its clients with trasnport, delivery, distribution and warehousing services through a national network of agents and 12 transfer centres.
Dicom is a privately owned Canadian company acquired earlier this year by Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm.
Wind Partners has said it sees Dicom as a vehicle for acquisitions.
