Traffic snag on Ord Road cleaned up
KAMLOOPS – Traffic was reduced to one lane alternating on Ord Road near Richmond Steele this morning after a driver flipped her pickup truck flipped onto its roof at the side of the road.
The roadway was completely closed for a short period while emergency crews freed the female driver from the vehicle. She had minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The cause of the crash is being investigated, but Mounties say it doesn't appear alcohol and road conditions are contributing factors.
The road was fully open at roughly 8:30 a.m.
