JUNEAU, Alaska – Lt. Gov. Kevin Meyer was among the participants at a White House-hosted discussion on trade, the economy and workforce issues.
The White House says it hosted 30 lieutenant governors or secretaries of state from around the country on Wednesday, including Meyer.
The White House says the participants met with acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney; economic adviser Larry Kudlow; head of the Small Business Administration Linda McMahon; and Deputy U.S. Trade Representative C.J. Mahoney.
Meyer chief of staff Josh Applebee confirmed Meyer’s attendance but did not have additional details on the event.
