Crime Stoppers most wanted: Timothy Nicholas Howard

Crime Stoppers is asking the public’s assistance in locating the following male who is wanted on a province-wide warrant as of December 6, 2013. 

Timothy Nicholas Howard, 51, is wanted for one count of breach of undertaking. 

Howard is described as a white male, 5’8” tall and 161 lbs.  He has brown hair and green eyes.
