Correction to Nov. 26 story about Canada sending cold-weather gear to Ukraine

OTTAWA – In a story Nov. 26 about Canada’s plan to send cold-weather gear to help soldiers in Ukraine, The Canadian Press said the Ukrainian government was only asking Canada to provide non-lethal aid. The information was attributed to Defence Minister Rob Nicholson.

In fact, Nicholson did not say Canada had only been asked to provide non-lethal aid.
