KELOWNA – A 30-year-old Kelowna man, who was a Hells Angels prospect, has been re-arrested after violating his curfew.
Colin Michael Bayles was arrested May 16 and charged with a May 6 aggravated assault.
He was arrested in July for not being home when the RCMP checked if he was living up to his curfew and taken into custody again last week, according to a Kelowna RCMP media release.
Bayles is expected to appear in court today, Aug. 22, where he now faces seven counts of breach of recognizance, along with the assault.
