Armstrong, Kamloops still facing power outages

ARMSTRONG – Shortly after BC Hydro crews were dispatched to Kamloops and Salmon Arm Sunday afternoon, many Armstrong residents have found they too have no power.

A power outage impacting 1,735 customers in Armstrong is under investigation. The power has been off since 2:27 p.m. Nearly 2,000 in Kamloops are still without power as well.

According to BC Hydro, power was restored to the 923 customers in Salmon Arm at 2:20 p.m. They were without power for nearly two hours.
