WILD WEDNESDAY: The truth about B.C.’s rattlesnakes

Rattlesnakes are often misunderstood by the general public and in this week's episode of Wild Wednesday, WildSafeBC reminds us that rattlesnakes are not aggressive by nature. 

Their rattles are used to warn people and other animals when they get too close, WildSafeBC says. 

They are also an important part of the grasslands ecosystems and are protected both federally and provincially.
