Trudeau to visit Kamloops today as federal election campaign is underway

KAMLOOPS –  As the federal election race begins, Liberal leader Justin Trudeau is expected to make a stop in Kamloops later this afternoon.

According to Terry Lake, the federal Liberal candidate for the Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo's Facebook page, Trudeau will be in downtown Kamloops around noon today, Sept. 12.

The Liberal leader landed in B.C. last night.

There are currently no details of his visit available on the Liberal Party's website.

Trudeau made visits to Kamloops earlier this year in January and in May.
