iN VIDEO: Watch this hungry grizzly bear search for food at the Kamloops wildlife park

KAMLOOPS – Watching the grizzly bears at the B.C. Wildlife Park in Kamloops search for food is a favourite for visitors.

And recently, the wildlife park shared a video posted to its Facebook page of a female grizzly, Dawson, diving headfirst into a tire set up in her animal pen as she searches for food.

"Watching the park animals look for their food is always fun. Dawson always gives us a good laugh when she searches in the tire for food," the post says.

At this time of the year, the bears are fed a five-gallon bucket of fruit three times a day, unless they are really hungry, then staff use a 5.25-gallon bucket.
