Some of the most active companies traded Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange:

Trevali Mining Corp. (TSX:TV). Miner. Up nine cents, or 6.25 per cent, to $1.53 on 8.6 million shares.

Toronto-Dominion Bank (TSX:TD). Bank. Up 44 cents, or 0.66 per cent, to $67.50 on 3.8 million shares.

Kinross Gold Corp. (TSX:K). Miner. Down 14 cents, or 2.46 per cent, to $5.55 on 3.4 million shares.

Cenovus Energy Inc. (TSX:CVE). Oil and gas. Up 18 cents, or 1.84 per cent, to $9.95 on 3.3 million shares.

B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Down two cents, or 0.58 per cent, to $3.41 on 2.8 million shares.

Iamgold Corp. (TSX:IMG). Miner. Unchanged at $8.29 on 2.8 million shares.

Companies reporting major news:

BRP Inc. (TSX:DOO). Recreational vehicles. Down 69 cents, or 1.66 per cent, to $40.81 on 258,662 shares. The Quebec-based company, which makes Ski-Doo snowmobiles, had a big increase in revenue and a $100-million profit during its second quarter. The company had $1.03 billion of revenue, up 20 per cent from last year’s second quarter.
